Pollution is increasing day by day. The watershed areas near cities are mostly seeing polluted. With time, the village watersheds are also getting polluted. The garbage, waste material can be seen piled up in market /town area near the village watershed.

It is important to make watershed plan in line with controlling increasing pollution in village. Proper disposal of waste should be planned. Different types of waste should be collected separately. The horticulture wastes like vegetable /fruits waste, plant waste etc should be used for compost. This compost can be used in agriculture field for providing nutrient to the crop .Along with it; it will improve soil health for better agriculture production. This way a step can be taken ahead in keeping the village watershed clean.
